研究概要	すでに我々は、o-エチニルフェニルケトン誘導体に電子豊富オレフィン存在下、触媒量のタングステンカルボニル錯体を作用させると、o-エチニルフェニルケトン誘導体とタングステンカルボニル錯体から金属部位を有するカルボニルイリドが生成し、これが電子豊富オレフィンと[3+2]付加環化反応、続いて生じるカルベン錯体部位がC-H結合挿入反応を起こし、多環性化合物を与えることを見いだしている。今回我々は、本反応の反応機構に関し詳細な検討を行った。まず中間に生成していることが想定されたタングステン含有カルボニルイリドに関しては、o-エチニルフェニルケトン誘導体とタングステンカルボニル錯体との反応系中を低温NMRにより直接観測することで、その存在を確認することができた。併せて13Cでラベルしたo-エチニルフェニルケトンを用いた実験により、この中間体に炭素-タングステン結合が存在することを明らかにすることができた。さらにシラン存在下でこのタングステン含有カルボニルイリドと電子豊富アルケン類との[3+2]付加環化反応を行うと、生じるカルベン錯体中間体にシランが挿入した生成物が得られることを見いだし、確かに[3+2]付加環化反応によりカルベン錯体が生成していることを確認した。次に、このタングステン含有カルボニルイリドと電子豊富アルケン類との[3+2]付加環化反応について、幾何配置の異なる二種のアルケンを用いて検討を行ったところ、本反応は協奏的な反応であること、かつシランの有無により異なる立体化学を持つ環化体が得られることから、付加環化反応自体に平衡が存在することを明らかにすることができた。
