研究概要

アラキドン酸は骨芽細胞の細胞形態やアルカリフォスファターゼ(ALP)活性を変化させ,分化抑制作用を有していた(永田)。cDNAマイクロアレイ解析から,レーザー照射後にosteoglycineとmacrophage inhibitory factorを同定し,これらは骨芽細胞の増殖・分化に関与していた(安孫子)。歯根膜細胞においてFGF-2はタイプ1コラーゲン,オステオカルシン(OCN),オステオポンチン(OPN)などの骨基質蛋白の産生に影響を及ぼしていた(村上)。BMP-4,5,6は歯根膜細胞の増殖と骨関連蛋白のmRNA発現を増加させ,歯周組織再生時に調節因子として働くと考えられた(栗原)。ヘパリンがRANKLに直接的に作用することで骨吸収を抑制することをin vitroの系で明らかにした(西原)。Pg菌の根管内留置により根尖周囲の骨吸収が活性化され多くの破骨細胞が観察された(前田)。亜鉛製剤は未分化間葉系細胞をBMPを介して骨芽細胞に分化誘導させた(前野)。スタチンは歯肉線維芽細胞において培養上清中の炎症性サイトカイン量を減少させた(山本)。マイクロCT解析から,卵巣摘除による歯槽骨の変化は部位によって異なることが明らかとなった(入江)。歯槽骨改善の客観的評価法としての画像処理の有用性が示された(八重柏)。ヒト未分化型骨芽細胞MG63に対してCGRPには増殖抑制と分化促進作用が認められた(奥田)。IL-1とPGE2は歯根膜細胞におけるRANKL発現を亢進させ,破骨細胞の分化,延命,活性化を促進し,歯槽骨の吸収に関与していた(小林)。ラット上顎の抜歯窩の観察から,パミドロネートは早期の骨代謝には抑制的に作用すると考えられた(澁谷)。LITAFのプロモーター活性は-76から-43の領域で最大を示した(明貝)。(768字)
