自己幹細胞を用いた自己組織再生誘導型バイオ人工臓器

研究概要	1)骨髄由来の自己間葉系幹細胞の分離、培養、増殖を続けた。(岩出、中村) 2)末梢血中の幹細胞をPBSCT用いて採取培養するシステムを検討中である。(岩田、中村) 3)立体的マトリックスモデル内での幹細胞との増殖と分化を調べた。(中村、清水) 4)これらの臓器モデルを用いて、人工心臓、人工血管、人工神経、人工食道、人工腸管、人工胆管、人工気管、人工肺、人工膀胱、人工腎臓、人工肝臓、人工内耳細胞、人工膵臓などとして、イヌ、チンチラなどによる動物実験を行い、自己組織の再生状態を観察した。形態的には光顕、特殊染色、電顕などを用いて観察し、機能的には電気生理学的、流体力学的、代謝機能的に観察を続けている。(中村、清水) 5)各種人工組織、人工臓器の再生誘導に役割を果たす幹細胞の分化増殖、因子の解析を行った。(岩田、中村) 6)自己幹細胞による組織再構築のメカニズムを検討している。 7)長期観察例の評価を行った。これらの結果はアメリカ人工臓器学会、国際組織工学会、ヨーロッパ人工臓器学会等で発表した。
