薄膜系に基くフラクタル素子プロトタイプに関する研究

研究概要	1.LB法および真空蒸着法によるヘテロ複合薄膜の作製と構造評価絶縁性製膜分子としてアラキン酸・オクタデカンおよびそれらの重水素置換体を用い、長鎖アルキル置換メロシアニン、トリフェニルメタン等の半導性分子との混合LB膜を作製し、顕微鏡観察、分光学的測定、X回折法等によって構造評価を行った。これらの測定結果から、長鎖アルキルは、各混合膜系において、全トランス型の形態をとり、その主軸が基板表面に対して垂直に配向する傾向を示すことが分かった。さらに、親水基が相対的に嵩高く、親水性・疎水性のバランスを欠く半導性製膜分子では、無極性のオクタデカンの導入による長鎖アルキルの配向秩序の向上が認められた。また、真空蒸着に代表される乾式製膜法とLB法に代表される湿式製膜法とを交互に適用することにより金属錯体系導電性ヘテロ薄膜の作製に成功した。 2.電極付きヘテロ複合膜試料の作製および電気的特性評価長鎖メロシアニン-アラキン酸2成分系LB膜およびこれに第3の成分としてオクタデカンを加えた3成分系多層LB膜を1対のアルミニウム電極で挟んだAl/Al_2O_3/LB膜/Al/Al_2O_3ヘテロ複合ダイオード試料を作製し、50Hz〜10kHzの周波数帯域における電気容量および誘電損を測定し、ベキ関数型導電率の発現の仕方と膜構造との相関を検討した。誘電スペーサとして多層LB膜を用いた場合、ベキ指数値は成分比に依らずa刧0.8と、ほぼ一定であり、単分子膜スペーサの場合と比べ成分比依存性が弱いことが見出された。
