相分解を利用したナノ組織制御に基づく耐熱合金の開発

研究概要	1)弾性的に拘束されたNi-13at%Al-9at%Ti合金を973Kで時効すると、γ'規則相マトリックス中にγ不規則相粒子が析出し粗大化する。時効初期にはγ粒子の形は球状で、球状粒子の平均サイズは時効時間の1/3乗に比例して増加する。時効が進行すると粒子の形は球から板へと変化する。板状粒子の粗大化は加速され、時効時間の1/2乗に比例して平均サイズは増加する。 2)Alを56〜58at%含むTiAl金属間化合物を973Kで時効すると、相分離が起きてTiAlマトリックス中にTi_3Al_5準安定相が現れ、合体して大きなラフト状の層状組織を形成する。この組織は基本的には[001]に垂直な板の集まりであるが、板の表面は[100]と約20度をなしジグザグ状となっている。このような組織の形成には拡散係数の異方性と弾性異方性が影響していることが、計算機実験により示された。 3)Fe-17.0at%Al-19.1at%Co-2.8at%Ti規則合金では1083Kにおいて、またFe-18.1at%Al-19.3at%Co-2.0at%Ti規則合金では1053K〜1073Kにおいて、A2+B2+D0_3の3相分離組織が現れる。 4)Fe-14.5at%Si-7.3at%VおよびFe-15at%Si-13at%V合金を923Kないし973Kで時効すると、A2不規則相マトリックス中にD0_3規則相が現れる。この2相組織は弾性拘束の影響下に形成されたもので、過時効が起きにくくしたがって機械的性質の劣化が起きにくい析出強化組織として有望である。
