研究概要	1)龍門山地域で採取した試料の年代測定を終了し,その主な成果は次の通りである. <丹巴地域以外> ・ジルコンU/Pb年代から推定した龍門山地域に分布する花崗岩・花崗閃緑岩体の形成年代は約190Maであることが判った. ・黒雲母と白雲母のAr-Ar年代は岩体によって大きく異なっており,上記の形成年代を考慮するとこれは岩体によって冷却速度が異なっていることを示唆する. ・測定した岩体は広域変形を被ったトリアス期の堆積岩に貫入していることから変形を示す造山運動は中世代のものと判断できる. <丹巴地域> ・高温変成岩中のアパタイトU-Pb年代測定は67Maを示し,冷却年代として解釈する. ・同変成度の岩石中のmonazite U-Th-Pb CHIME年代は65Maであり,この鉱物は珪線石とカリ長石を含むことから累進変成作用中に成長し,年代は変成年代であることを意味する. ・上記の制約から,丹巴広域変成作用は約65Maのものであることが初めて明らかになった. これらの成果はチベット高原の形成履歴における意義についての論文を用意し,現在学術雑誌に投稿中である. 2)チベット西南部に位置する馬拉山地域での野外調査を実施した.以前同地域で調査を試みたが,悪天候に遭遇し,悪路と洪水のために調査地域に辿ることはできなかった.今回は同様なトラブルがなく,調査は順調に進んだ.その結果,約900km^2の地質図を作成するために必要な野外データを記載し,300kgの岩石試料を採取した.花崩岩試料の白雲母・黒雲母・カリ長石のAr-Ar年代測定のために鉱物分離と中性子照射を行った.測定は2003年の夏行う予定である.正確な地質図を作成するために現在ASTER衛星画像データは解析中である.
