研究概要

本年度の実績は主として以下の3点にまとめられる。これらは、本研究課題の14年度分として期待していたものである。
(1)ニューラルネットワークの中で、素子間の結合をごく近傍だけに制限したセルラーニューラルネットワーク(CNN)では、平衡点はトランジスタ回路の解に相当し、その平衡点の個数はCNNの信号処理機能に大きく影響する。本研究では、フィードフォワード型1次元2値CNN(DBCNN)に関して動作が安定であるための必要十分条件を求め、さらに一般の1次元DBCNNに関して安定であるための必要十分条件を与えた(IEICE Transactions on Fundamentals)
(2)安定性に関して、2次元区分線形特性で表現できるある種のニューラルネットワークに関して、大域安定であるための十分条件を与えた(IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems)。
(3)2セルのCNNが大域的に安定であるための必要十分条件を与えた。
これらは、本研究課題の解明に直接及び間接に役立つ。
