皮膚の非侵襲的方法を用いた形態学的ならびに機能的評価法の開発

研究概要

皮膚腫瘍に関する研究
表皮内に腫瘍細胞の浸潤が認められる皮膚悪性腫瘍のうち、表皮内に異形なリンパ球の浸潤が認められるparapsoriasis en plaque(PEP ; early stage mycosis fungoides)と、表内に腺系の腫瘍細胞が認められるextramammary Paget's disease(EMP)の2つの皮膚悪性腫瘍に関して、特徴的な皮膚の形態学的変化があるかどうかを調べた。近傍の非病変部健常皮膚とくらべ、PEPでは、より深い皮溝が形成され皮溝の異方向性が低下するという特徴があり、EMPでは、皮溝が浅くなり平坦な皮表conotourになるという特徴が見いだされた(Demonstration of characteristic....)。生体共焦点レーザー顕微鏡は、真皮網状層の上部まで、皮膚を切り取ることなしに組織変化を観察することができ、EMPや日光角化症、基底細胞上皮種(癌)など、表皮に病変の主座がある皮膚腫瘍について、従来の組織切片と同様の組織を確認できた(未発表データ)。
アトピー性皮膚炎など炎症性皮膚疾患に関する研究
13年度は冬期に若年女性の顔面皮膚で見られやすい「荒れ肌」をモデルにして、それが、軽い炎症の結果であること、そして、その病態に対して適切な保湿剤の使用が有効であることを明らかにした。(Improvement of mild inflammatory changes of....)。14年度はこれと同様の非侵襲的な方法を用いて、乾燥皮膚から軽度の炎症性変化のあるアトピー性皮膚炎について研究を行った。各種データが、健常人の軽度の皮膚炎(冬期の荒れ肌)と、同様の挙動をしめすのか、あるいはアトピー性皮膚炎独特のものがあるのか、結果を解析中である。
