研究概要	1)レーザーアブレーション薄膜作成装置の製作エキシマーレーザーを用いた,レーザーアブレーション法による薄膜作成装置を作製した。 2)アンダードープ銅酸化物超伝導体単結晶薄膜の作製作製したレーザーアブレーション薄膜作成装置で,アンダードープLa系超伝導体薄膜を作成した。 3)収束イオンビーム(FIB)エッチングの打ち合わせ・トレーニング物質・材料研究機構山下・波多野グループと打ち合わせを行い,収束イオンビームエッチングに関するトレーニングを開始した。 4)低接触抵抗電極開発の研究酸化物上に,非常に接触抵抗の低い電極を作成することを目的として,種々の電極形成技術の研究を開始した。
