ショットノイズ測定による強相関物質の電荷素励起の研究

研究概要	1)レーザーアブレーション薄膜作成装置の製作エキシマーレーザーを用いた,レーザーアブレーション法による薄膜作成装置を作製した。 2)銅酸化物超伝導体単結晶薄膜の作製作製したレーザーアブレーション薄膜作成装置で,種々のキャリヤ濃度のLa系超伝導体薄膜を作成できるようになった。バルク単結晶において確立している相図において,超伝導転移するはずの組成の薄膜においては良好な超伝導特性・電気伝導特性が得られ,バルク単結晶で得られている相図と一致するものが得られた。 3)収束イオンビーム(FIB)エッチングの打ち合わせ・トレーニング昨年度に物質・材料研究機構山下・波多野グループと打ち合わせを行い,収束イオンビームエッチングに関するトレーニングを開始したが,現在なお,良好な成果は得られていない。 4)低接触抵抗電極開発の研究酸化物上に,非常に接触抵抗の低い電極を作成することを目的として,種々の電極形成技術の研究を行ったが,微細加工した試料にたいする良好な結果はえられていない。本年度は,薄膜作成技術において大きな進捗が得られた以外は,当初の目標と比較したばあい,多くの局面で停滞してしまった。最終年度である次年度において,当初の目標を一部でも達成できるよう,いっそうの努力をする。
