超高感度・超解像振動分光法の確立とナノ構造体/溶液界面への適用

研究概要

1.表面増強ラマン散乱を利用した単一分子分析法の確立:1)色素だけでなく可視領域に吸収のないDNA塩基について、単一分子感度を実現した。2)FDTD数値計算法により金属ナノ粒子表面の局所電場計算を行ない、単一分子感度を与えるナノ構造を見出し、それが実測構造とよく一致することを見出した。3)単一分子現象である信号光のblinkingのオリジンが、吸着分子のAg粒子表面での熱拡散であることを低温測定から明らかにした。
2.ATR-SNOM-Raman分光法:1)近接場ファイバプローブへの金属コートにより約100倍のラマン信号の増強を見出した。2)近接場ラマン光強度の試料膜厚依存性の実験的及び理論的解析を行った。
3.ATR-SNOM-IR分光法:1)自立型スキャナ/プローブを設置するための倒立型赤外顕微鏡を設計し、試作した。
4.スラブ光導波路分光法の確立:1)この方法により、溶液から吸着する色素分子の解離状態の識別やそのダイナミックスが解析できることを明らかにした。2)導波路への0.5nm厚さの吸着分子の検出が可能であることを明らかにした。
5.超高感度分光法のナノ構造体/溶液界面への適用:1)誘導ラマン散乱を水/空気界面、水、ベンゼン-トルエン溶液に適用し、信号増強メカニズムの検討、界面の水分子の検出、水分子間水素結合が、エタノールや塩化カリウムの添加によりそれぞれ強化、破壊されることを見出した。2)表面増強ラマン散乱(SERS)のメカニズムに関して過渡反射格子法により検討し、SERS活性な金基板と色素の間でのみ超高速(200fs以内)で電荷移動が起きることを見出した。
