研究概要	前年度に開発した、アセチレンジコバルト錯体部位とアリルシラン部位を合わせ持つ6炭素ユニットとエノールシリルエーテルとの[6+2]型付加環化反応の適用範囲を拡張する目的で、種々の求核剤との反応を検討した。まず、芳香族化合物との反応を試みたが、フェノールのシリルエーテルやアニリン誘導体からは鎖状の付加体が少量生成するのみであり、目的の付加環化体は全く得られなかった。一方これとは対照的に、フランを用いた場合には[6+4]型付加環化反応が進行し、10員環炭素骨格中に渡環エーテル構造を含む化合物が高収率で得られることが判明した。このような高次付加環化反応は従来ほとんど知られておらず、また生成物の構造はsclerophytinなどの天然物に共通して見出されることから、本反応は極めて独創的かつ効率的な全合成に応用可能と考えられる。なお、目的物の収率は若干低下するものの、フランと5炭素ユニットとの[5+4]型付加環化反応も同様に進行することを確認している。次に、2炭素ユニットとしてシロキシアレンを用いた[5+2]型付加環化反応をヒドロアズレン骨格の構築に応用し、天然物furanether Bの全合成研究を行った。すなわち、末端位にヨウ素を導入したシロキシアレンの[5+2]型付加環化反応により合成した7員環化合物から、分子内アルキル化反応により5員環を形成してヒドロアズレン骨格を構築した。アセチレンジコバルト錯体部位を無水マレイン酸に変換後、数工程を経てフラン環に導いてfuranether Bの全合成を達成した。
