ナノスケールでの分子設計と反応の理論と計算システムの構築

研究概要	(1)電子相関を含めた計算に有力なab initio分子軌道のMP2(second-order Moller-Plesset perturbation)法および密度汎関数法の高速並列計算PCクラスターを構築した。 (2)長年の課題である、安定なケイ素-ケイ素三重結合をもつ分子として、ナノサイズのシリル基に取り囲まれた(tBu_3Si)_2MeSiSi・SiSiMe(SitBu_3)_2は単離可能であり、非常に短い三重結合距離をもつことを明らかにした。 (3)ゲルマニウムーゲルマニウム二重結合を骨格に含むハロゲン置換シクロゲルメンのシスーベント構造の電子効果を明らかにした。 (4)最も重いビスマスービスマス二重結合分子の構造に及ぼすかさ高い置換基の効果を明らかにした。同様な理論研究をリンービスマス二重結合分子でも行なった。 (5)新規なリンの超原子価分子(spirophosphoranesや5-carbaphophatranes)の結合の本性、構造、反応性を明らかにした。 (6)La@C_<82>やSc_2@C_<84>などの金属内包フラーレンの炭素ケージと捕獲された金属の振動モードを理論計算して、動的挙動を明らかにした。 (7)フラーレン科学で確立されてきた孤立5員環則を満足しないSc_2@C_<66>の安定な構造を理論予測した。この理論予測した構造は、粉末X線解析とMEM法によって提案された構造より100kcal/mol近くも安定であるばかりでなく、実測された^<13>C-NMRスペクトルともよく一致することを指摘した。 (8)チトクロムP450の活性部位の触媒機構におよぼす配位子と中心金属の効果を明らかにした。
