セメント系硬化体内部微小領域の強度特性および物質透過特性の定量的評価に関する研究

研究概要

本年度の検討では,14年度の研究により得られたデータを基に,セメント系硬化体内部微小領域の強度特性および物質透過特性がセメント系硬化体の強度特性および物質透過特性に及ぼす影響を把握した.さらに,鉄筋とセメントペースト間の界面にある境界相の強度特性および物質透過特性が鉄筋腐食に及ぼす影響を把握した.その結果以下の知見が得られた.
1.低品質な粗骨材を使用したコンクリートの強度および物質透過性を検討した結果,骨材の品質がそれを用いて製造されるコンクリートの性質に大きな影響を及ぼすことが確認された.また,上記の低品質骨材を対象とした有効的な利用方法を提案した.
2.材料分離の影響を受けたコンクリートの強度および物質透過性を検討した結果,ブリーディング水により上部のコンクリートの強度および物質透過抵抗性は著しく低下することが確認された.また,上記の影響を受け,内部に埋設された鉄筋はマクロセル卓越型の腐食となることが確認された.
3.コンクリート中の骨材セメントペースト間境界相の強度はブリーディング水の影響を受け,骨材下部の方が骨材上部と比較して脆弱であることが確認された.
4.コンクリート中微小領域のCl-拡散係数は温度の上昇に伴い大きくなることが確認された.また,上記の現象はアレニウス則に従うことが確認された.
