値分布論と複素力学系を応用した函数方程式の研究

研究概要

各研究者は分担課題に関して次のような研究を実施し、本研究計画にそった成果を挙げている。
1.藤解はGundersenと共同してFermat型函数方程式を満たす有理型函数、整函数、有理函数、多項式の存在とその値分布について研究し新たな知見を得た。またある種の函数方程式の有理函数解に関する一意性問題を考察し、non-Archimedeanな超越有理型函数に関する結果との類似性を確認した。
2.谷口は整函数の力学系、特に構造有限な整函数の力学系を中心に調べ、組み合わせ幾何学的な記述に成功した。
3.下村はPainlev\'e超越函数P_<IV>について,small functionに関する値分布を調べた。また,P_I〜P_vについて、増大度の上からの評価を得ることに成功した。さらにP_Iについては下からの評価も得た。
4.諸澤は半双曲型超越整函数の力学系について考察を行い新たな知見を得た。また、複素誤差函数族の力学系について考察を行った。
5.石崎は複素数平面上で有理型な函数を解に持つ函数方程式について考察した。特に、線型差分方程式・$q$差分方程式の有理型函数解の存在と、その増大度を中心に調べ新た精密な評価を導いた。
6.木坂はFatou成分が2重連結な遊走領域を持つような超越整函数の例を、擬等角手術を用いて構成した。更に同様の手法により、任意の自然数nに対してn重連結な遊走領域をもつ超越整函数の例も構成した。
7.もうひとりの海外共同研究者のLaineは差分および$q$差分方程式の有理型函数解の存在性に関する結果を、より一般の方程式に対して拡張した。
超越有理型函数函数あるいは整函数を値分布的及び複素力学的な側面から調査し、それによって微分方程式、函数方程式の大域的な解の存在性とその諸性質について様々な新しい知見を得た。
