研究概要	2002年度の研究活動で大きなことは、2002年7月30日-8月2日に韓国釜山のSilla Universityで開催されたThe 10th International Conference on Finite and Infinite Dimensional Complex Analysis and Applicationsにて研究成果を公表したこと、8月12日から17日までハノイで開催されたInternational Conference on Abstract and Applied Analysisに参加し研究成果を公表したこと、8月19日から27日まで、北京で開催されたInternational Conference of Mathematiciansに参加し研究連絡をしたことがあげられる。本年度印刷された研究代表者の論文の内容は次の通りである。第1の論文では、球面上の各種の一般化関数を熱関数の初期値として表現することに関する研究代表者の結果を要約した後、熱関数の初期値として得られる一般化関数(汎関数)の特徴づけを行った。第2の論文は、藤田景子との共著である。複素ユークリッド空間の原点の近傍で正則な関数は「2重」級数で展開できることは以前に我々が示した。この論文ではリー球で正則な関数を「2重」級数の同次係数の増大度で特徴付けるものであり、この結果によりフーリエ・ボレル変換に関するマルチノーの定理が(リー球の場合に)別証明できた。第3の論文は、球面上のBoehmiansに関する研究である。球面の上のBoehmiansを定義する方法は、Mikusinskiと共同で一つの定義を与え、MikusinskiとPyleは別の定義を与えた。この論文では、この両者の関係を示すことができた。また、球面上のBoehmianの定義を帯球デルタ関数の半群を用いて行うことにより、Boehmianの種々の空間を定義することができ、通常知られている超関数の空間との比較が容易にできることを示した。共同研究者(鈴木、清水、山川)は、それぞれに研究結果を論文として発表している。
