頻脈性不整脈における生体心筋での興奮伝播をリアルタイムで動画表示する装置の開発

研究概要	1.アルゴリズム・ソフトウェア開発従来の「Time shading法」をリアルタイム処理が可能なアルゴリズムに改良し、コンピュータの主記憶装置に取りこまれた電位マッピングのデジタル信号を即座にコンピュータグラフィックス処理し、3次元動画像として興奮波をリアルタイムで表示するソフトウェアを、Graphical User Interface(GUI)を用いた汎用アプリケーシヨンとして開発を進めた。その際、コンピュータ上に構築した擬似心筋での興奮伝播シミュレーションを用いてその精度と再現性を確認した。シミュレーシヨンを用いて得られた新しい知見を、国内学会(日本循環器学会:平成14年4月札幌、日本心臓電気生理・ペーシング学会:平成14年5月富山・日本心電学会:平成14年9月東京、心電情報処理ワークショップ:平成14年10月湯沢)・国外学会(American Heart Association Annual Scientific Session:平成14年11月シカゴ、XII World Congress on Cardiac Pacing and Electrophysiology:平成15年2月香港)で口述・ポスター発表およびシンポジウム発表を行った。さらに、これらの国内・国外学会で本研究に関連する情報を収集した。また、本研究関連で共同研究しているグループとの情報交換および知見報告を行った。 2.動物実験環境の構築生体電位マッピングの動物実験環境の構築を進めた。ランゲンドルフ心灌流装置(UPH-W:(株)ユニークメディカル)を滋賀医科大学より借り受け、刺激装置(カルディアックスティムレータBC-03:(株)フクダ電子)を購入した。電位記録には既存のデジタル多用途脳波計(EE2514:(株)日本電気)およびポリグラフ(366SYSTEM:(株)NECメディカルシステムズ)を応用する予定である。さらに周辺消耗品などを購入した。
