研究概要	(1)不定比組成を持つMDT-TSF系有機超伝導体の物性と電子状態を明らかにした。本年度は特に、イオウ置換体MDT-STの電子状態の、母物質MDT-TSFとの違いについて明らかにした。また金属-半導体転移を起こすMDT-STの錯体が高圧で超伝導になることを発見し、常圧の絶縁相の性質について磁気的測定を行なった。 (2)テトラチアフルバレン(TTF)3分子の縮合した有機ドナーを開発し、高伝導を示す中性状態がβ"型構造をとること、容易にヨウ素ドープさせて低温まで金属的伝導性を示す電荷移動錯体をつくるが、他のTTF系などと異なり容易にオーバードープが起こることなどを明らかにした。 (3)金属mntと有機ドナーとの電荷移動錯体において、交互積層構造をとるもので反強磁性転移の直上で強磁性的異常を見い出した。また(BEDT-TTF)[Co(mnt)_2]というスピンラダー系を開発した。 (4)πd系の理論をフェリ磁性を示す有機ドナーと金属アニオンとの交互積層型電荷移動錯体に適用し、磁気構造や、磁気的相互作用の大きさを見積もる方法を提案した。 (5)θ型有機伝導体で、基底状態の電荷整列相と金属相との間には必ずストライプ状でない電荷整列相が存在し、これがほとんど温度変化しない電気伝導度と関係していることを理論的に明らかにした。 (6)自己集積性を有する新しいTTF分子を開発し、有機FETのアクティブレイヤーとして働くこと、スメクティック液晶性を示すことなどを明らかにした。
