研究概要

本研究の目的は、情報工学の成果を活用しつつ、談話研究と日本語教育の有機的な統合を行うための基礎的研究を行うとともに、その成果の一つとして、自然会話データ・コーパスを作成し、それを用いた分析結果に基づいて、自然なコミュニケーション能力の修得を促すためのマルチメディア教材の試作を行うことである。
<談話研究と日本語教育の有機的統合のための基礎的研究の総まとめ>
(1)「多言語、多目的別の自然会話コーパスの構築」を行った。
(2)「談話研究」と「Webを利用した外国語教育・日本語教育」に関する視察・調査・資料収集を行った。
(3)膨大な時間と労力がかかる自然会話分析の効率化、精繊化を促進するために、「改訂版:基本的な文字化の原則(Basic Transcription System for Japanese): BTSJ)」に基づいた文宇化作業補助プログラムを作成した。
(4)BTSJの改訂版に基づく、韓国語版(BTSK)、中国語版(BTSC)、英語版(BTSE)をまとめた。
(5)本研究で構築された「自然会話コーパス」の一部を公開するとともに、申請によって広く共有できるようにした。
(6)本研究で作成したコーパスを用いた研究を行った。
<マルチメディア教材の試作版の完成>
(1)談話研究を日本語教育に有機的に統合させることを企図したこれまでの研究の成果に基づいて、自然会話教材の素材のコーパス化を行ってきたが、それらに基づいて、「談話レベルの言語行動」の修得の促進、及び、コミュニケーション能力の総合的修得を主目的とする「自然会話を素材とするマルチメディア教材」の試作版を作成した。
<本研究「談話研究と日本語教育の有機的統合のための基礎的研究とマルチメディア教材の試作」の総まとめ>
(1)本研究では、、これから益々必要性が増してくるであろうe-Learning教材の中でも未だほとんど未開発である、加工されていない「自然会話」を素材とするe-Learning教材の「原型的教材」を他に先駆けて試作した。
(2)本研究の成果を国内外の学会にて発表するとともに、報告書にまとめた。
(3)公開のシンポジウムを開催し、調査研究の成果を公表した。
