混合溶媒のミクロ相分離に基づく新しいキャピラリー分離分析法の研究

研究概要	本研究は混合溶媒のミクロ溶媒クラスターへの溶質の分配に基づいて新しい分離分析法を構築するために、分離用カラムのない新しいキャピラー液体クロマトグラフィーの概念を確立し、それを分析化学的に発展させることを目的としている。本年度は以下のように主に装置の構築と分離条件の検討を行った。 1.装置の組み立てマイクロシリンジポンプ(0.1ml/min〜100ml/min調整可能)をシリンジ(Hamilton Airtight Syringe、1ml)に接続し、それに、マイクロインジェクター、(総体積0.2μlであるが、sampling時間によって注入量をコントロールする)及びキャピラリー(Fused Silica Capillary Tubing, i.d.50μm, o.d.0.375mm)を繋いだ。検出には分光光度計の他に、電気化学検出器(含むデータ処理装置)を接続した。 2.本研究で注入される試料はnlであることが望ましいので、市販アイクロインジェクターを更に改良し、nlの注入インジェクターをつくることに成功した。 3.水-アセトニトリル混合溶媒を用いて、特別の分離カラムがなくても、数種の有機物を注入すると、混合物は化合物の電荷と極性に応じて分離された。 4.塩化ナトリウムは、混合溶媒のミクロ構造の形成を促進するので、予想されるように、塩化ナトリウムの添加によって、分離能は増大された。 5.キャピラリーカラムを高分子ポリマーで修飾して、逆相型のオープンチューブクロマトグラフを構築することが出来た。 6.研究成果を、シンガポールで開催された第3回シンガポール国際化学会議で招待講演として発表した。
