らせん状超分子を用いる周期一致鋳型重合と相補的超分子場の構築

研究概要	これまで我々の研究グループにおいて、らせん状超分子によるモノマー周期の制御に関する研究を行ってきた。今回、高分子鎖とモノマー分子集合体の周期性に注目し、核酸のA-TやG-Cのように、相補対を正確に決められる鋳型重合を合成高分子系で実現し、長さ・形・キラリティなどの立体情報を複製転写させ、周期一致鋳型重合を行うこと目的とした。以下に得られた結果を列挙する。 1.共役ジエンモノマー、およびトリエンモノマーとホストとしてナフチル基などをもつ芳香族誘導体、アルキル基をもつ脂肪族誘導体、らせん状超分子を形成するステロイドやアルカロイドの間で多数の有機複合体を合成した。 2.有機複合物を各種溶媒から結晶化させて、らせん状超分子の合成を行うとともに、モノマーとの複合化を行った。得られた超分子の、結晶中での構造と溶液中での構造を、赤外吸収分光法、核磁気共鳴分光法、熱重量分析法、X線粉末回折法などにより調べた。この結果、効率よく複合結晶を形成し、非常に興味深い層構造およびカラム構造を形成していることを見出した。 3.単結晶X線構造解析、粉末X線回折より飽和脂肪酸とナフチルメチルアミンの塩において周期構造を維持し、相補的なアルキル鎖が結晶構造中で保たれていることを明らかとした。またこの相補認識場は二次元平面状に構築され、極めて多量の情報を複写することができる系であるという結論に至った。 4.また周期性を維持した層構造においては超分子キラリティーが創出し、新たな展開が期待できる。
