移動境界適合座標系とMRTD法を用いた可動電極を持つMEMSデバイスの数値解析

研究概要

可変部を持つMEMSデバイスの研究が活発になり、その詳細な数値解析法が求められている。可動部を持つ物体の過渡的振る舞いについての数値解析には、従来の手法は適用できない。そこで、本研究では、移動境界適合座標系という座標変換法を用いた解析法を提案している。この手法を用いることで、これまで困難であった、運動する物体の電磁界数値解析が可能になった。今年度は、可変部を持つMEMSコンデンサの数値解析を行い、その過渡的現象を明らかにすることができた。この成果は、2003年6月にIEEE APS2003(Antenna & Propagation Society),2003年10月にPIERS2003(Progress of International Electromagnetic Research Symposium)とIEEE TCWCT2003(Topical Conference on Wireless Communication Technology)で、2003年11月に電気学会電磁界理論シンポジウムで発表した。これらをまとめた論文が2003年3月の電気学会論文誌をはじめとして、2004年1月に電子情報通信学会誌に掲載され、さらに2004年3月にACES Journal(Applied Computational Electromagnetics Society)に掲載が決定している。これまでは可動電極が等速運動すると仮定して、運動速度と静電容量関係をその過渡的現象を含めた解析を行ってきた。しかし、実際は、ばねの力とクーロン力より求まった加速度により電極が運動するので、加速度を求めこれを用いた電極板の運動と静電容量の関係を求めた。さらに、複数の周波数帯で使用できるMEMSアンテナを提案し、数値解析を行った結果、求めたS11パラメータより可動部を持つマイクロストリップアンテナは、複数の周波数で使用できることを確認できた。この結果は、2004年3月のPIERS2004(Progress of International Electromagnetic Research Symposium)と2004年4月のACES2004,6月のIEEEAPS2004で発表予定である。
