研究概要

健常者の肘関節、手関節について解析し、第15回日本肘関節研究会(東京、2003.2月)にて生体肘関節におけるcontact area、第46回日本手の外科学会(名古屋、2003.4月)にて手関節のキネマティクス:in vivo 3次元運動解析、第58回アメリカ手の外科学会(Chicago, Sep,2003)にてKinematics of the midcarpal joint during radioulnar deviation : An in vivo 3-dimensional motion analysis using MRI、を発表。
アメリカ手の外科学会ではこれまでに十分理解されていなかった手根中央関節のキネマティクスについて3次元アニメーションを用いた解析を行い高い評価を得、以下の3賞を受賞した。
1.Emanuel B.Kaplan Award、2.Scientific Exhibit Best Scientific Content Award、3.Scientific Exhibit Best Layout and Presentation Award。
また、国内でも、「手関節における3次元アニメーションを用いた動態解析システムの開発」にて中山科学振興財団中山賞奨励賞を受賞するなど高い評価を受けた。
論文としては、The triquetrum-hamate joint : An anatomic and in vivo 3-dimensional kinematic studyをMRIを用いた生体3次元動作解析として世界で初めて発表した。
