| 研究概要 |
1 研究課題に即した調査対象として日本におけるホテル産業を選択し,当該産業の現況について文献などの資料収集を実施するとともに,ヒアリング調査を実施した。また、これまでの研究で得た知見をもとに、組織および産業横断的な質問票を設計した。この質問票調査は、平成17年4月に実施される予定である。
