金属イオンへの配位により誘起される溶媒のコンフォメーション変化に関する研究

研究概要

今年度の実績の概要を列挙する。
(1)(1)DMPAの金属イオンへの配位によるコンフォメーション変化
DMPA中の金属イオンの配位数を滴定Raman法により決定し、そのコンフォメーションをRaman温度依存性から調べた。イオン半径の増大に伴い、金属配位圏内DMPAの異性化エンタルピーはバルク中の値に近づき、DMPAのコンフォメーション変化が溶媒和DMPA分子間の立体障害に起因することが示唆された。
(2)DMPAへの金属イオンの溶媒間移行の熱力学的パラメータ
DMFからDMPAおよびTMUへの金属イオンの溶媒間移行の熱力学的パラメータを決定した。Mn(II)イオンでは同じ5配位構造であるにもかかわらず、DMPAへの溶媒間移行エンタルピーはTMUへの値に比べ発熱的であった。これは金属イオンへの配位に伴うDMPAのコンフォメーション変化による。
(3)DMPAとその類縁体金属錯体のab initio MO計算
DMPAの金属溶媒和錯体について、ab initio MO計算を行った。Zn(II)イオンでは全配位数4のうち、3分子のDMPAが90体であるとき、最も安定であることが理論的に示された。一方、DMPAのエチル基をエチレン基にしたDMAAおよびイソブチル基にしたDMiBAのDFT計算を行い、ねじれポテンシャルのMMパラメータを決定した。これらの溶媒はねじれポテンシャルがDMPAとは微妙に異なることがわかった。
(2)不活性溶媒中で種々の多座配位子錯体について配位DMPAのコンフォメーションをRaman、FT-IRにより調べている。
(3)アゾピリジンなど光異性化配位子を有する一連の配位子を合成し、光照射による立体制御について検討中である。
