| 研究概要 |
今年度は、昨年度収集したデータ(病棟看護師31名)の分析を行った。分析は、Rodger'sによる概念分析の方法("definition","alternative terms","antecedents","consequences","related concepts")を用い、特に、"definition","antecedents""consequences"の3つの側面に焦点をあてた。
その結果、以下の、看護実践場面における安楽なケアの提供場面の様相(認識と実践)が、主に明らかになった。
1.「安楽」なケアは、病棟看護師には"promoting a physically and mentally pain-free state"と定義(definition)されていた。
2.Antecedentsとしては、1)facial expression indicating pain 2)frequent complaints 3)inability to change position in bed.が抽出された。
3.The consequencesとしては、"promoting a reparative process"に加えて、"positioning the patient in bed","attending to'patient hygiene(bed-bath or oral care)"が特徴として挙げられた。
今後は、上記を踏まえ更なる分析を行い、本研究の目的である「看護実践場面における安楽なケアの構造化」を試みる予定である。
