The project has been smoothly carried out. Some important results have been achieved in the last year. Firstly, we have successfully designed and fabricated H-type sensor for measuring the thermal conductivity of graphene ribbon. The measured thermal conductivities of graphene by using both T-type sensor and H-type sensor agree well with each other, proving the good accuracy of our MEMS sensor method. The thermal conductivity of suspended monolayer graphene is over 2000 W/mK, much higher than the value of supported graphene on SiO2 substrate, 600 W/mK. We also confirmed width dependence of graphene thermal conductivity. Several papers have been published.
