The fellow not only collected data, but also analyzed it and used for the paper. Second, he had just planned to draft journal articles but he was able to publish one journal article and three book chapters. Third, he presented a paper at a conference in the UK. He was also invited as a panelist in an international workshop in Kathmandu. For these reasons, the fellow feels that he has achieved more than expected.
