| 研究実績の概要 |
国内外における新型コロナ・ウイルスの感染拡大を受けて、2021年度も追加のインタビュー調査や史料調査を行うことや、対面での大規模イベントを開催する等の活動の見通しは立たなかった。
そこで、2021年度も、他の研究費を併用しつつ、今後国際的に連携して推進すべきプロジェクトのテーマ・趣旨について、国内外の研究機関・大学・国際機関・NGO等と議論を重ねることに集中した。その過程で、様々なオンライン・イベントを開催した。例としては、“Race and Gender in Humanitarian Disarmament” with Binalakshmi Nepram (7月23日)、“BLM and the International Aid Community: Reflection by a Former Aid Worker from Japan”（12月1日）などがある。そして、こうした議論に基づきつつ、「軍備管理軍縮における『ジェンダー主流化』の動向と課題」（2021年日本軍縮学会年次大会部会1、5月15日）や“The Self, Sovereignty and Arms Transfer Control: From the Nineteenth Century to the Present”(Disarmament Theory Roundtable 2: Articulating Disarmament Pathways in History and Practice, International Studies Association (ISA) 2022 Annual Convention, Online, 29 March 2022)といった学会報告や、「人道支援をめぐる日本のアフリカ研究：傾向と課題」（『アフリカ研究』100, pp.47-51）といった論考執筆を行った。
