研究実績の概要 |
The first step of the study is successfully finished. We setup the experimental system using Host-Guest gels and C2C12 myocytes. We studied the general behavior and responds of the gel and the mechxnosensitive behavior of the cells. The study is currently summarized toward the successful publication. The tentative title is "Dynamic Mechano-Regulation of Myoblast Cells on Supramolecular Hydrogels Cross-Linked by Reversible Host-Guest Interactions".

理由
The study is currently summarized toward the successful publication. The tentative title is "Dynamic Mechano-Regulation of Myoblast Cells on Supramolecular Hydrogels Cross-Linked by Reversible Host-Guest Interactions". Currently we setup the primary cardiac tissue culture to study the mechanosensitive process and responses, as proposed in the outline.

今後の研究の推進方策 |
We will setup the culture setup of in vitro observation system with primary cardiac tissue and investigate the developmental processes and wave excitation behavior of the confluent tissue under mechanical stimuli.

次年度使用額が生じた理由 |
Up to 30% of the money will be used for travel expenses from and to Japan and Germany, respectively, since I will be located in Germany. The cell culture of neonatal rats needs to be setup and maintained, as well as fluorescence probes need to be used. In parallel C2C12 cell line needs to be maintained.
