研究実績の概要 |
During last fiscal year April 2017 to March 2018, following research activities actives were performed: 1). An ethical approval to conduct the study was obtained from the ethical committees at the University of Tsukuba and Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences 2). The survey questionnaires of the "Listening to Mothers" USA and Japan were translated by three independent researchers including the principal investigator and the study questionnaire was developed considering on applicabilities to the Mongolian health care system and and culture. 3). Thereafter, we conducted an expert panel discussion among three obstetrician, two midwifes and two family doctors to clarify acceptability and content validity. In addition, a small qualitative study was conducted among 30 postpartum women. Based on these surveys feedback a the study questionnaire was revised several time. 4). For the main study preparation, we recruited the 3rd grade midwifery and collaborated faculty members as the study team. The study workshop training was conducted among team members. 5). Main study has started to making list of mothers who are eligible for study by using two-stage sampling. First stage, we randomly selected 25 family health center out of 133. In the second stage, all women who are given birth between January to April, 2018 at the four maternity hospitals were listed as the study participants. In total there were 1038 mothers registered. Data collection has been conducted.
