研究実績の概要 |
Bought robotic wheelchair and build communication software to be able to operate it. I did preliminary experiments with a robotic wheelchair available at the Advanced Telecommunications Research Institute (ATR). Wrote journal paper partially financed with Kaken-hi budget titled: Passenger Discomfort Map for Autonomous Navigation in a Robotic Wheelchair, submitted to Robotics and Autonomous Systems I submitted a conference paper titled: Analysis of Navigational Habituation to the IEEE/RSJ International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems (IROS 2017)

今後の研究の推進方策 |
This fiscal year I plan to do autonomous navigation experiments with robotic wheelchair and autonomous car.
I plan to take physiological measurements to start building a classifier that could classify passenger state.
|
次年度使用額が生じた理由 |
Buy physiological sensors to measure passenger state. Finish robot platform, buy laser sensor for perception and localization. Call paid participants to perform experiments.
|
次年度使用額の使用計画 |
Finalize hardware. Physiological sensing devices and robot platform. Recollect data from experimentation with paid participants. Experimentation, paper writing and conference attendance.
