研究概要

がんには様々な遺伝子変異が含まれ、発がんや腫瘍の進展、浸潤や転移に関わるほか、一部は遺伝により個人の発がんリスクに関わる。この研究はこのようながんに関連する遺伝子変異やがんにおける遺伝子発現の変化に関して、変異の病因との関係や乳がんの予後を予測するための遺伝子機能評価方法を複数開発した。
