研究概要

胃がん患者において、CDX2(ホメオドメインを持つ転写因子)、BMP-2(骨形成性タンパク質)、CACNA2D3(カルシウムチャンネル構成成分)など6遺伝子のメチル化頻度と生活習慣との関連を解析した。その結果、CDX2とBMP-2のメチル化頻度は緑茶摂取量と負の相関を示した。一方、CACNA2D3のメチル化頻度は、運動量の少ない患者では高かった。以上より、メチル化頻度は一部の生活習慣と関連していることがわかった。
