研究概要

波長チャネルをスイッチして光信号の自在なルーティングを実現するため、本研究では直列結合マイクロリング共振器の個々の共振器を個別にチューニングしてドロップ波長を一旦OFFにさせ、バスラインを流れる他の波長信号を遮断せずに他の波長を新たにONに出来るヒットレス波長選択スイッチと、この基本素子を並列に配置して波長スペクトルを符号多重化してルーティング制御を行うための波長ラベル符号化回路を開発・実証した。
