研究概要

北アフリカ乾燥地域を対象に生物資源・遺伝子資源関連情報収集・機能解析、生態環境調査を行なった。その結果、百数種類のアロマ植物、7種類のオリーブオイルおよびオリーブ葉抽出物の抗ガン、抗アレルギー、神経保護、美白、育毛活性を発見した。研究成果関連学術論文発表35編、国外・国内特許出願6件、国際・国内学会発表25件、シンポジウム開催1回、現地調査13回、データベース構築・公開などの活動を行った。
