研究概要

Internet等の情報ネットワークや、Grid等の分散システムにおいて、各ユーザ等の意志決定主体が、独立に自己の利益を追究する状況(独立分散管理)が将来想定される。本研究は、そのような場合に起こり得る問題の検討を行った。独立分散最適化による性能劣化パラドックスの発生の可能性が知られており、その可能な大きさを示した。また、そのような性能劣化が起こる、特殊な場合、および、かなり広い条件等を明らかにした。
