研究実績の概要

This research targets at permanent magnet motor drive systems of 1~3MW/15000~35000rpm class, and study control method of high-speed permanent magnet direct-drive systems and magnetic bearing.

Based on the investigation of the current development state of theory and technology of the MW-level, we summarized the characteristics and problems in the field of high-speed permanent magnet direct drive system. Also, we started researching on the theory of high-speed permanent magnet drive system based on magnetic suspension bearing technology.

In particular, we submitted a journal paper presenting a new method of reconstructing current sensor faults and unknown disturbance for the closed-loop torque control system of an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). We conducted simulations and experiments to demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed method. Details will be available when the paper is published.

理由

We conducted many investigation visits to other Universities and exchanged knowledge about related research topics. Following the survey, we already started studies in the modeling and control. A journal paper has been submitted and is under review. A conference paper was submitted and accepted for presentation.

今後の研究の推進方策

We will continue the research focusing in the following topics:
1. Mathematical Mode Building: Control scheme of the system will be analysed and the mathematical model will be building.
2. The design of bearing control scheme: The scheme of the high speed, high precision and high reliability control system of magnetic bearing will be designed, it contains repetitive control scheme and gas control scheme, etc.
3. The design of motor drive control scheme: The scheme of high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor control system will be designed, it contains vibration control system and sensorless control system or fault diagnosis system, etc.
