研究実績の概要	During FY2020 the Principal Investigator started the analysis of the different datasets collected from the study cities in Ghana, Kenya, Mozambique and Malawi. This includes the analysis of quantitative data through descriptive statistics and different statistical tools such as Structural Equation Modelling, as well as the analysis of qualitative responses from the stakeholders and the household surveys through appropriate coding. The preliminary results suggest the very differentiated diet change patterns between and within cities, as well as the different stakeholder perspectives about the drivers, impacts and responses to the rapid dietary change in African cities. Beyond the paper published in FY2020, a further of 7 papers were authored and/or submitted throughout the fiscal year.
