Nucleic acid adductomics analyses utilizing human cell lines were continued for DNA adductomics and DNA/RNA adductomics. High resolution-(HR-)MS methodologies were successfully applied in conjunction with traditional adductomics approaches. Exposure assays that utilized the model 2'-deoxynucleoside, 2'-deoxyguanosine were conducted using 1,2-naphthoquinone and arylhydroxylamines and analyzed by LC/ESI-MS/MS, LC/ESI-HR/MS and NMR. Syntheses, purification and confirmation of arylhydroxylamine adducts were conducted.
