1) For a meta-analysis study, approximately 55 studies on the effects of diversity-focused training programs on employee well-being were collected, and effect sizes were computed. This list of studies was updated this year, and were added to the pool of studies for the final meta-analysis paper. 2) Based on the results of the preliminary scaling research from the first two years, a revised scale was developed; however, no data collection was possible for logistical reasons. 3) Two case studies using qualitative interviews and modified Photovoice methods were attempted, and they would be carried over the following year.
