The final fiscal year was spent mostly on the analysis of the data obtained at synchrotron radiation facilities during the previous two years as well as theoretical calculations and the writing of papers. Significant achievements were made in discovering and proving that very prominent exchange of angular momenta between the auger electron and photoelectron occurs during the PCI and recapture processes. Large variations of angular distributions of auger electrons depending on the quantum number of the recapture Rydberg orbital were found, further attesting to the importance of angular correlation in PCI. Also, new insight into the time-dependent dynamics of multistep auger processes including fluorescence, in effect leading to an effective clock mechanism. This result was backed up by our state-of-the-art theoretical calculations. This was a remarkable result probing 100 as time-scale, on a par with XFEL experiments, by utlizing synchrotron beamline with standard electron spectroscopy, We managed to publish four papers on refereed journals and have produced two more nearly completed manuscripts in addition.
