| 研究実績の概要 |
In AY2018, I mainly conducted extended literature review and development of measurement for my project. Due to the changes in my collaborator and research methods, my progress with the project was slower than I initially planned. Nevertheless, I had productive discussions with the leading academics in the relevant fields both in Japan and Australia, contacted the gatekeepers for data collection, and disseminated the project idea at one international conference in Japan. Currently, I am developing interview questions for the qualitative part of my study and about to start the data collection process. In the meantime, I plan to present my ideas at one of the leading international conferences (2019 APacCHRIE conference) in Hong Kong in May.

理由
Due to the changes in my collaborator and research methods to achieve research objectives.
Previous collaborator at Bond University in Australia has faced difficulties in continuing the project (one of the main reasons is that she was assigned a new administration role at her university), which forced me to change my collaborator from her to the new one at The University of Queensland, Australia. Also, I initially planned to conduct the survey first, followed by interviews. However, after an extended discussion with the leading academics in the relevant field, I have changed the sequence of research methods. These two made it difficult for me to proceed with the project as planned.

| 今後の研究の推進方策 |
In AY2019, I plan to conduct a series of interviews for my project, analyse the data, and write up one publication. As mentioned above, I plan to disseminate the idea of this project at one of the international conferences (2019 APacCHRIE conference) in Hong Kong in May. Also, I plan to present the research finding from the interview at another international conference in Japan in Dec. Once I finish writing up the qualitative paper, I plan to proceed with the quantitative part of this project.
