研究概要

多重電極測定法の進歩により多数のニューロンの活動電位(スパイク)を同時に計測できるようになった.情報統計力学の重要な特長は,ミクロな大自由度系からマクロで本質的な少数パラメータを抽出することである.このような階層連関や巨視的記述は脳の機能の理解に本質的であると考えられる.そのような観点で,我々は新たな神経回路モデルの統計力学的解析およびベイズ推定や情報理論にもとづく神経スパイクデータの新たな解析手法を提案した.
