研究概要

京都議定書で採用されたプロジェクトベースのメカニズムとしてのクリーン開発メカニズムについて,インセンティブ効果の観点からベースライン設定方法のオプションの比較評価を行った。また,あるプロジェクトによって,後のプロジェクトに対する促進効果あるいは阻害効果が生じる条件を明らかにした。さらに,先行プロジェクトによる参入阻止が起こりえて,それが技術開発導入インセンティブを損ないうることを示した。
