研究概要

地球温暖化は今世紀の最大の課題である。しかしながらその解決は多大な費用がかかることが予想されている。従って、政策実現のためには、費用負担者の政策実施による効用をできるだけ正確に把握し、費用便益分析を行いながら意思決定をする必要がある。そのため仮想市場法(Contingent Valuation Method : CVM)の適用が考えられる。ここでは精度の高い仮想市場法を開発するために、(1)調査者と回答者の間の互恵関係を検証。(2)アンカーリングが少ない回答方式の開発をこころみる。
