研究概要

代数的位相幾何学の問題で非安定ホモトピー論の問題、特にリー群、その分類空間、自由ループ群、ゲージ群のホモトピー論的な研究を行い、単連結でないリー群の局所化の分解定理の証明、自由ループ群の分類空間とと対応する有限対の上の代数群の分類空間のコホモロジーの同型の問題の特別な場合の証明に成功した。Hopf空間の高次のホモトピー可換性や結合性についての研究を進め、評価写像のファイバー列の結合写像を決定した。コンパクトリー群の自己ホモトピー群の局所化の可完性についての問題の多くの場合を解決した。
