研究概要

カイコガの変態時における脳の変態制御の中枢としての機能を探るために,発生過程での使用される遺伝子の網羅的解析を試みた。サブトラクションライブラリーから,エクジソン応答遺伝子を10遺伝子単離し,前胸腺刺激ホルモン産生細胞でのみ発現することを示した。マイクロアレイを用いた網羅的解析では,前終齢特異的発現を示す3遺伝子(ADAMTS様タンパク質,チトクロームP450,Kruppel様タンパク質をコード),終齢脳特異的発現を示す遺伝子(クチクラ様タンパク質をコード)を同定した。
