心筋疾患におけるウイルス感染頻度に関する国際学術調査研究

研究概要

パキスタンとの共同研究により、547例のHCV感染者のNT-proBNPを測定したところ、15.5%が高値を示した。また、北京大学との共同研究において、HCV感染者217例のうち37.3%がNT-proBNPが高値を示した。エジプトとの共同研究では、40例のHCV感染者のうち心エコー図上の異常は58%にみられ、NT-proBNPは47%と高値を示した。HCVは高頻度に心筋疾患をきたすことが明らかとなった。
