研究概要

企業の動態的な業績持続性を左右するうえで、最上流工程における企画機能(FEL)が非常に重要であることを戦略的マネジメント・サイクル(SMC)という枠組みに基づいて明らかにした。研究ではSMCの存在を確認し、さらに事業の経年的競争的価値創造力はSMCの好回転と関わることを実証した。さらにFELにおける質がその好回転に影響することも確認した。すぐれたFELの実践における体系的な仕組みが有効であるが、その試みについても試行した。
